Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day refund & exchange policy.

Items will only be accepted if they are unused, in original condition, and not tampered with. Any product that has been used or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher (promo code), which is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used on your next purchase.

Please note:

Shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser.
Do not accept the order if the package appears opened or the seal is tampered with. If a parcel is received in an already opened condition, the company will not be responsible for missing or incorrect items.
In case of wrong product, size, or damaged item due to company error, the purchaser will be reimbursed for the shipping charges.

Non-returnable items include:
Cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments.
