Order Processing

We understand the urgency of your orders and strive to get your shipment to you as early as possible. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Service Representative. Once your order is confirmed, we prioritize dispatching it right away. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though some may take a little longer to process depending on availability and order volume.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, with delivery charges starting from PKR 199/-. Final shipping cost depends on the weight of your order, calculated at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Bulky or Sensitive Items

Some products require special handling due to their size or fragility. These items may carry an additional shipping charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

• Karachi: 2-3 business days

• Rest of Pakistan: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

International Orders
