Order Cancellation

1. All orders placed on Eminent's website will receive a confirmation call.

2. Orders will be cancelled automatically within 48 working hours if the order confirmation call is not received.

3. Orders received with the wrong address or contact numbers are cancelled as soon as received.

4. Orders that indicate fraudulent activity are cancelled.

5. If a customer refuses to take delivery repeatedly, such customer orders are cancelled automatically.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. We have a 14-day refund & exchange policy

2. No order will be refunded if the product is used or tampered with.

3. Refund shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.

4. Do not accept the order if the package seems to be opened or the seal is tampered with. If you receive a parcel that was already open, the company will not be held responsible for missing/wrong items.

5. The purchaser will be reimbursed for shipping charges if the product is delivered in the wrong size or broken, etc., because of the company's error

6. Cosmetics, perfumes, and undergarments cannot be refunded or exchanged.
